Sometimes the wind gets it wrong. Sometimes we do.

If your order shows up damaged, defective, misprinted, or we somehow sent you the wrong thing, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue if applicable. We’ll get you taken care of with a replacement or refund.

Need to return something?

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For returns due to sizing, fit, or a change of mind, return shipping is on you and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because most Precisionish gear is made to order, we strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

Turns out “I usually wear a large” is not an internationally recognized unit of measurement.
